When I read the premise of the movie - a woman wants to ask her boyfriend to marry her and has to do it on February 29th of a leap year because in someone's effed-up tradition, that's the only day it's ok for the lady to do the proposin' - I was all set to have a HUGE beef with tthe flick because I'm the worlds biggest proponant for women asking men to marry them. I think more women should do it and far fewer should whine and bitch about wanting to get married and their men never asking. But, since they cast such charming, good-looking people, I'm going to shut up and watch it anyway.
