Whew!

Before today, my top-posting day saw only 10 items go up. Today, I doubled that! I'm exhausted. It's time for me to take a cue from Josh Hartnett here and rest. See you next week.

It's not the most noir "noir" post I've ever managed, more like a moody sporting goods ad, but it's in black and white and he's nice to look at.

Happy Birthday

My very first celebrity crush was on Bruce Boxleitner when he was in his mid-thirties and starring in the Cold War spy series Scarecrow & Mrs. King and I was eight. True story. Bruce is 59 today.

I still think he was pretty handsome back in the '80s.

Today also would have been the amazing Katherine Hepburn's 102nd birthday.

Noir

I just read on E!Online that due to other work commitments, last year's Best Supporting Actor winner, Javier Bardem, will not be on hand to present the award to this year's Best Supporting Actress, as is the tradition. That's really too bad because Javier is a great big hunk of smoldering sexy and he surely would have classed up that joint.

Just popping in to mention how I often love the mood that black and white photos create.

(Ryan Gosling)

Can you tell there just hasn't been much to say lately? Yeesh! Anyway, this is going to be a fairly regular little diversion, like the "Good Mornings" because I have found several b&w photos that are very worth posting.
