Allison Janney: 50 years of AWESOME!
I can not tell you how many of Janney's roles I have loved to my core. She is equally good playing serious and funny and to every character she brings warmth and humanity. Loretta in Drop Dead Gorgeous (she plays trailer-trash to utter perfection!), Ms. Perky in 10 Things I Hate About You, disapproving big sister Constance in The Object of My Affection, single mom Lydia in How To Deal, beloved press secretary CJ Cregg on The West Wing, Bren in Juno...the list of her endearing roles goes on and on and on. And she's effortlessly gorgeous as well. What is there not to love about this woman?
