That might be true when it comes to drumming up business but I'm not so sure it's true when you're opening a new bar and trying to keep the Health Department from shutting you down before the paint on your sign dries. Maybe then it isn't the best idea in the world to let Mary-Kate Olsen serve the drinks by putting her fingers all over the part of the glass your customers put in their mouth.
I mean, I don't know about you but I do not even want to imagine where that girl's hands have been!
